A Conditons / course of Business

General terms
The following conditions are considered fully accepted and binding to the purchaser upon placement of an order, disregarding his own possibly differing conditions.

Customer information
Our up to date product range and pricing are listed on our homepage www.precision-instruments.eu.

E-Shop
Our homepage is at the same time a worldwide e-shop. Order can be place with or without a customer account. Existing customers login with their e-mail address and password. For credit card payments, delivery to hotel addresses and P.O. boxes is not possible. No customer data will be handed on to third parties.

Offers
We renounce to offer standard catalog items as our e-shop displays price information. We are pleased to issue quotations for large quantities.

Confirmation of orders
Orders via e-shop will be confirmed automatically by e-mail. Orders for standard catalog items, not placed via e-shop, will only be confirmed if Precision Instruments would not be able to deliver within 3 working days from receipt of order.

Terms of delivery
Delivery times are very short as we normally stock over 99% of our assortment for prompt supply. We deliver within 3 or 4 working days after receipt of order or prepayment. Unforeseen delay of delivery does not entitle the purchaser to claim any compensation or to cancel an order.

Dispatch / time of delivery
Orders are shipped by courier service. Process speed of foreign customs is beyond our control.

Insurance
All consignments are insured without surcharge.

Complaints
Complaints must be addressed in writing within 20 days of receipt of products. Pending complaints do not justify delay of payment.

Repairs
Returns are accepted only in accordance with Precision Instruments and at sender’s costs.

Reversals
Orders for standard products can be cancelled at no charge as long as they are not invoiced and on the way to the customer.

Returns
Returns need to be agreed with Precision Instruments. Returned items have to be as good as new, corresponding to the present assortment and in perfect condition. At maximum we credit the proper product value invoiced. Possible expenses or reimport costs can be deducted from the credit note.

Warranty
For the individual warranty period of our products, please refer to the homepage www.precision-instruments.eu. Precision Instruments reserves the right to decide whether the damage was caused by faulty materials, through normal wear, mishandling, or natural forces. Except in the case of faulty materials, the costs of repair, replacement and shipment are to be paid by the buyer.

Modifications
Precision Instruments reserves the right to modify the assortment, the design, technical details of the scales and accessories at any time and without prior notice.

Proprietary right
The products remain the manufacturer's property until the bill has been fully paid.

Jurisdiction / Law Legal domicile is Schindellegi, Switzerland. Swiss law is solely applicable

B Price list / Carry Costs

Currencies
Our price reference is EUR. Orders from Switzerland are invoiced in CHF.

Price changes / Exchange rates
Possible price changes in CHF and EUR will be done without prior notice.

Standard sales prices
The prices quoted are the recommended net end-user prices excluding VAT, shipping, possible duty charges.

Discounts (only for dealers)
For each product group different discounts may be applied. On sales offers no further discounts are applicable. For registered dealers the discount will automatically be applied when ordering online through our webshop.

Delivery terms
All deliveries are according to Incoterms DAP. For deliveries outside of Switzerland, Pesola AG will not include VAT. Corporate customers with a deferment account can authorize the courier service to handle the import procedure accordingly. Except the VAT in the receiving country, usually no further costs occur when using a deferment account. For corporate customers without deferment account and private person, the courier service can invoice a fee of EUR 5.00 – EUR 20.00 for provision of funds (depending on the receiving country and value of goods). After consultation with the courier service, the fee will be collected in cash,

paid by invoice or by credit card (all data without guarantee).

Conditions of payment
Payments from abroad shall carry the remark "free of charges for the recipient". We do not accept any check.

• Payment by credit card (VISA / MasterCard) is for security reasons only possible for e-shop orders.
• Prepayment, based on an automatic e-shop order confirmation or a pro forma invoice.
• In agreement with Precision Instruments, payment within 30 days net from date of invoice.

Payment is only complete, once the full invoice amount has been settled, without exchange rate loss or fees of any kind.
